around your land.
Find your property. See official weather notices, county drought conditions and NASA’s regional soil-wetness estimates.
1. Choose your land
Opening the map sends visible map-tile requests to OpenStreetMap. Searching sends your address or parcel ID and county to Creekfox and NC OneMap. Clicking a parcel sends that map point. Your selection stays in this browser tab; Creekfox does not store your boundary or address.
NC official tax boundaries: search or tap the map. Confirm the matching parcel. Outside NC, draw your boundary.
Select a parcel or draw your land.
NC OneMap tax boundaries are county records, not surveys or proof of ownership. Drawn boundaries are your own approximate selection.
2. What do you want to know?
Your question stays in this tab. This version builds a source summary without an AI model. The report request sends only your selected county to Creekfox; NASA receives the county’s public reference point.

Coverage and how to read this report
Weather notices and drought percentages describe county coverage. NASA POWER supplies a regional model at the county reference point, with a 0.5° × 0.625° GEOS-IT grid. Soil wetness is a relative index, not soil-water percentage or a soil-health test. These sources do not measure your selected parcel. This report provides context, not emergency monitoring or guaranteed hazard detection. Follow official instructions and emergency channels.
Data credits: National Weather Service; U.S. Drought Monitor (NDMC, USDA, NOAA and NASA); NASA POWER; NC OneMap (2019), NCDIT GDAC/CGIA and contributing NC counties / Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians; Census county reference points.
